SARAH HAGEN DOUD


Sarah is a fifth generation local with a lifetime of real estate experience. She comes from a family of builders, investors, developers and real estate agents – beginning with her great great grandfather, who was a Bridgehampton potato farmer and landowner in the late 1800s.Sarah has absorbed an understanding of the process of development from the ground up. She has a mature understanding of high dollar investment opportunities and the meaning of great value. Sarah's ability to guide a buyer through a renovation or building process comes from years of hands-on experience.
Sarah left a successful, full-time TV career as an Emmy Award winning journalist to come home to the Hamptons, where her heart is. Her connections in the community drew her back home and she has joined the Brennan-Hagen team and partnered with her mother Dawn Brennan Hagen and brother Eric Hagen in the Saunders & Associates Bridgehampton office.

ERIC HAGEN


Eric is a lifelong, fifth generation Hamptonian with deep roots in real estate and the equestrian community. His great grandfather was a significant landowner in Bridgehampton and his grandmother co-founded the Hampton Classic. Eric's mother, Dawn Brennan-Hagen, is a Saunders broker with over twenty years of experience in local real estate.
For the last fifteen years Eric has worked seasonally at his father's construction company, Jim Hagen Concrete, and is highly knowledgeable about the local construction business. As a result, he has developed a true understanding of property and is skilled at finding investment gems amid the many properties coming onto the market. A trained chef, Eric helps cooking enthusiasts and those who enjoy entertaining to find their dream kitchen.
From his grandfather Eric learned that a firm handshake should mean something, and he upholds those traditional values. A man of his word, he believes in building relationships with clients and customers from the ground up, and always conducts his business with honesty and respect. Eric has continued his family's equestrian tradition, and enjoys putting his lifetime of local knowledge to work to find the perfect home or investment for his clients and customers.

DAWN BRENNAN HAGEN


Dawn's deep roots in the community date back to her grandfather, who was a major Bridgehampton landowner. As a fourth generation native, her breadth of experience and personal and professional knowledge of the area give her a unique strength in Hamptons real estate. Her family's extensive involvement in farming led to Dawn's deep knowledge of land, land use and wetlands considerations, and she has successfully closed many land transactions for end users, investors and developers.
Clients value her historical perspective and sage advice as the true East End insider. Combining her hands-on experience building and renovating with her creative art background, Dawn has the keen sense to visualize what can be done with any given property. Her strong local business relationships allow her to solve problems and successfully negotiate real estate deals with a motto, No hurdle is too high.
As an accomplished rider who still competes, she is also closely tied to the equestrian lifestyle in the Hamptons, with a seasoned knowledge base of properties with equestrian elements.
With a vault of longterm market insight, Dawn has brokered major deals for over twenty-one years in the East Hampton and Southampton estate sections as well as throughout Water Mill, Bridgehampton, Sagaponack and Wainscott.
